Honey Almond Butter
Honey almond butter uses roasted almonds, honey and coconut oil for a unique and sweet treat.
- 1 Cup Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds
- 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- Place almonds in food processor or high powered blender. Turn on high and slowly drizzle coconut oil. Scrape down sides. Drizzle in honey and continue to blend until fully smooth (or if you like a few chunks, stop a little before then).
- Will hold up in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Just note that it will get hard in the fridge because of the coconut oil. Just leave at room temperature prior to serving, or microwave for 15 seconds.
