Most red pasta sauces, or marinara, have lots of veggies, including onion, garlic and tomatoes. This recipe builds on that, and adds fresh green bell peppers and zucchini to the mix.
For Halloween, we made “rotten eggs” in cooking class – which was basically hard boiled eggs that had a black spider web design on the white, and a spicy (green!) guacamole later in the inside.
