I think I might be in love!

Almonds already have my heart because they are bursting with calcium, protein and healthy fats. But this application takes them to the next level! Most recipes for almond butter use raw almonds and vegetable oil for a simple flavor. Here, we have used dry-roasted almonds for a richer flavor as well as coconut oil and a hint of honey. This honey almond butter goes great on a sandwich or as a snack with apples. All you need is a food processor or high-powered blender (vita-mix or ninja type) and an empty stomach.

Honey Almond Butter

Honey almond butter uses roasted almonds, honey and coconut oil for a unique and sweet treat.

  • 1 Cup Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
  • 1 Tbsp Honey


    1. Place almonds in food processor or high powered blender. Turn on high and slowly drizzle coconut oil. Scrape down sides. Drizzle in honey and continue to blend until fully smooth (or if you like a few chunks, stop a little before then).
    2. Will hold up in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Just note that it will get hard in the fridge because of the coconut oil. Just leave at room temperature prior to serving, or microwave for 15 seconds.
